When signing up for an event, a guild member will be able to specify whether they are available to fill a spot, tentatively available, or alternate (meaning they will fill the spot if nobody else can). The status will be listed in the sign-ups, and admins will be able to click the status of an individual sign-up to change it for a character. Aside from the status options available to the user, events admins will be able to specify Wait-List (meaning the raid is full or your role is covered, but be on stand-by), or Confirmed (meaning the slot is reserved for that character).
